MAV is a new type of aircraft ,It's technical require is very critical. As it has important and potential effect in modern war, Many countries have begun to pay attention to it's research. They spent much fund and made out many functional MAVs. During the course of manufacture of MAV, Designers encounter a series of technical problems ,face many key techniques to need to research and solve, such as micro engine manufacture technique, low Reynolds number aerodynamic technique, navigation technique communication techmque, micro transducer technique and so on.On the basis of structure chart analysis in paper, study MAV's subsystem: communication system navigation system and control system. At the same time, put forward design scheme of communication and navigation system fitted for MAV. In addition, study MAV's load equipments, discuss two type of total design methods of MAV, that is: total design based on traditional airplane design thought and total design of MDO. then analyze and discuss it's total design theory.In the paper ,On the basis of conventional plane model, build MAV's math model.. On the basis of MAV's math model, discuss MAV's design theory of control system, MAV's control principle and control law design of MAV! s posture and locus control. During the course of researching above problems, proceed a series of theory research , further study and discuss some key problems ,then get out some worthy results. Finally analyze and study MAV' s problems not to solve, list out the methods and idea of solved these problem.
