| The intelligentized LHD-Loader Monitor based on microcontrol unit is designed for wheel LHD-Loader. It can inspect the status of loader and manipulate the main device of loader. Monitoring the important working status, inpecting the loading, handling exception and communication are the main purposes of LHD-Loader monitor.On the analyse and design to the LHD-Loader Monitor, we follow an order to develop our whole design work which is from top to bottom and step by step. Firstly, present the total requirement by analyzing the basic requirement. Secondly, define the whole specification of LHD-Loader Monitor. Thirdly, mark all modules of LHD-Loader Monitor by analyzing its function. At last, put forward a detailed resolution including hardware and software. In conclusion, finish the total design of LHD-Loader Monitor.The MCU (Intel 80C196KB) and other chips make up of the main hardware system. And the hardware system can divided into four sub-systems, including main control sub-system, man-machine interface sub-system, input sub-system and output sub-systeml. The result of experiment proves that the system has quite a few capabilities in feasibility, reliability and expansion.As far as the software design, the software structure is given at first according the requirement of control system. After that, design the detail of each module. Display function and UART communication are the key of software design.At last two difficulities in the design of LHD-Loader Monitor are focused which are loading inspection and reliability. The resolution for that has been given by analyzing the difficulities. |
