| Focusing on the fact that the freight car constantly derailed in the straight-line district after the train's acceleration, using the latest research achievements at home and abroad and combining the derailment accidents with the breakdown in vehicle check, this thesis was engaged in research on criteria for derailment and steady derailment, therefore it made a theoretical analysis of the derailment mechanism, process and features of the empty freight car's derailment in straight district based on derailment on the principal of Nadal. This thesis takes zhuan 8A bogie and 60kg rail as an example, analyzing and calculating systematically the reason why the empty freight car derail in straight line district. As a result the thesis drew the flowing conclusions: When the friction and shock absorption equipment wore and tore, dynamics function of the empty freight car will become worse during the acceleration of the train, which may result in the derailment together with some coincidence, such as , organizing in train group and speed, etc.Basing on the two typical experiments of speed advancement organized by the Railway Ministration, this thesis pointed the importance of investigation on spot, investigation procedures, the ways of check and measures on analyzing the causes of derailment. This thesis made some researches on the measures to prevent the prsent derailment in straight line district. |
