The research on shaped charges has been an active field for years. The focus of majority new research works lies in the theory of formation modes and penetration of all kinds of targets medium. The focus of majority research works on the penetration of the RC(Reinforced Concrete) lies in concrete models building and the evaluation. The progress on the dynamic response of the shaped charge penetrating RC targets made a little in. Combining the study aim of key project, this paper studied the dynamic response of RC when tandem shaped charges penetrated on it.The basic theories of shaped charges penetration, shock wave measurement technology and the states-of-the-art of research over the world were introduced briefly first. Then, the background, objective and necessity of the research project for this paper were interpreted in detail. Selecting suitable PVDF pressure sensor, a perfect experimentation solution which imbedded the sensor into RC to measure the pressure in the process of shaped charge penetrating on the RC was designed. The scientific analytical methods were presented to process the measured data. The laws of pressure wave propagation in the RC were obtained and analyzed. Improving advice was introduced for the experimentation solution. At last, the methods of numerical computation and numerical simulation were used to make an attempt on the shaped charges formation and penetration.
