Infantry fighting vehicle is a high flexibility vehicle that infantry under the whole armor protection battles in conjunction with tank or fights independently. It can attack quickly, proceed deep when going forward and backward, and can emolliently anti-shot and suddenly attack, so it must guarantee the infantry to be in a good mental state, react accurately and timely under the complicate driving condition, and fight with the good mental state after arriving at the destination. Ergonomics is the academic subject that involves many aspects. It studies very extensively, and its investigative objects are different in different fields, but it always uses man-machine-environment as the basic investigative object. Through discovering the regulation of the man, machine and environment, it aims to optimize the function of the man-machine-environment system. Among the system man is used as the investigative factor, which involves the man's physiology, mental state and other aspects.This paper discusses the system of the man-machine-environment with the ergonomics theory and the computer simulation technology. Analyzing the road that infantry fighting vehicle rides on, combining with the rule of the GB7031 "The representative method of the vehicle vibration-the plainness of the road surface", it developed a program of creating road file with the VC++6.0 software. Based on the theory of Multi-body Dynamics, it established the multiple free degree model of infantry fighting vehicle, and evaluated the comfort of infantry fighting vehicle through studying the multiple dynamics of infantry fighting vehicle with ADAMS software. At the same time, it studied the major affecting factors of infantry fighting vehicle and investigated the method of using ADAMS to evaluate the comfort of infantry fighting vehicle. With the developing language of ADAMS software, it also designed the interface to modify the important parameters of infantry fighting vehicle. Comparing the road experiments of infantry fighting vehicle with the result of simulation, the model built by ADAMS was proved to be reliable. So it provides the consult for the further design of infantry fighting vehicle. |
