This subproject belongs to "LiuPanShan area highway construction technic", which based on back of The West of China development. The most climate of LiuPanShan is mountain darkness, humidity, rainy, thick fog and low temperature. This thesis's analysis founded on the LiuPanShan's weather data. According to the weather characters and the local materials characters, resolving the road surface's main problem: the asphalt mixture's moisture susceptibility. Meanwhile, in the light of SHRP's achievements and our country's "the eighth five years plan" district for reflecting the asphalt pavement performance while estimating the asphalt property and selecting asphalt's kinds and grades, this paper studied the asphalt's climate applicability of LiuPanShan and make a climate district depended on the asphalt pavement temperature. The problem of water damage of freeway's asphalt pavements is a quite prevalent phenomenon. There are many inducements to water damage, so its preventions and cures are comprehensive and systemic. Based on inside and outside methods of improving moisture susceptibility, starting from basic adhesion for aggregate and asphalt, testing the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate of LiuPanShan area and adopting amelioration methods to do test. Next, from the side of the modem asphalt mortar, analyzing the asphalt mortar' s properties of high-temperature and low-temperature after adopted the reform measures and comparing these measures. At last value the whole asphalt mixture's property through different three sides and choose the effective . economical and practical method to improve the asphalt mixture's moisture susceptibility for guiding to application.
