With the continuously raising demand of the pile foundation of high-building and of environment protection in pile foundation construction,the further development of pile-constructing equipment has become more and more urgent.Based on its special excellent performance and advantage, vibratory piling machine has steadily become the focal point to be studied and developed in the world .Firstly, studing on the vibratory piling machine-soil system by means of the theory analysis and test, proved that the vibration during vibratory piling will cause vibratory "liquefaction" of the soil ,so that the resistance of vibratory piling is greatly diminished.The key factor that influence the vibratory system in this process is the vibration frequency,amplitude and the geological characteristics of the soil.In view of this,the thesis advanced a new "bring to an end" criterion in vibratory piling process,which provide a theoretical basis for ending pile driving.Secondly,bulding up the mechanics model of the vibratory piling machine-soil system and analysing and studing this system ,the thesis find that the adjustment of the frequency and amplitude is the main performance and key technology of the vibratory piling machine.Only when the vibratory piling machine-soil system run in appropriate vibration frequency and amplitude,the result and its special advantage can just reveal all without omission.Meanwhile,when the vibration frequency of the system is as the same as the vibration frequency of the soil,the result will be the best. The outcome of the computer simulation and the testing ground can affirm it.Thus,we can use this conclusion in devising the vibratory piling machine,the dynamic parameter will be very exactly.Lastly,with the aid of the excellent performance of hydraulic technology,the thesis advanced an up-to-date method by which adjust the amplitude and devised a new vibratory piling machine-ZZY160 .The new type vibratory piling machine get rid of the disadvantages in the similar products so as amplitude modulation difficultly,the huge mechanism, etc.The machine can conveniently adjust the vibration frequency andabstractamplitude in running process.By means of the description of the process of vibratory piling and study on the system which worked by hydraulic pressure to adjust the frequency and amplitude,the essential point of this thesis is laying a solid foundations for the scientific research and development of hydraulic vibratory piling machine. |
