Abstract/Summary:
Fluorescent analysis to be an important analysis method is being more and more broadly used in chemic analysis. biologic research. pharmic analysis. and so on ; So Ultraviolet Transilluminators as an integrant instrument for fluorescent analysis has displayed widely applied foreground . At the same time it also brings forward higher requests for UV Transilluminators ; This thesis justly introduces a particularly designed UV Transilluminators adapt to several higher requests such as the stability of light intensity . variable intensity . etc for biologic research .Firstly , the applied areas of UV Transilluminators are introduced and we also introduce the predominant characters of the machine we designed .Secondly , we introduce some principles we used in design , such as : electrophoresis , illuminant principle of ultraviolet fluorescent pipe . sensitive theory of photosilicic batteries . integral circuit . differential circuit . electronic ballast . multiple voltage circuit. etc.Thirdly , we briefly introduce the parameters of a few CMOS chips in our design , such as : Phase-Locked Loop , Operational Amplifiers , Analog Multiplexers , Microcontroller , Enhancement Mode Power MOS Transistors .Then , we detailed introduce some pivotal parts in our design , for example: multiple voltage circuit of power supply . electronic ballast . sensitive circuit of photosilicic batteries . voltage controlling oscillator designed by Phase-Locked Loop . warm-up circuit of fluorescent pipe . and so on .Finally , we briefly introduce several needed mending places in our future design .
