Through the detailed analysis to the influence factor on the detonation propagation reliability of nonel tube, the main reason that nonel tube bursted on the special condition of high temperature or jolt was studied. And corresponding solutions were put forward. The study were carried out to improve the detonation propagation reliability of nonel tube by means of composition of the mixed powdered explosive designed and tube material designed. The measuring results showed that some capability of nonel tube can be improved by means of adding some kinds of additive in the elementary composition of the mixed powdered explosive. By adjusting the quantity of the mixed powered explosive in nonel tube, the detonation propagation reliability of nonel tube can be improved obviously. The other capability can be improved at the same time. The change rule of detonation propagation reliability and the rule of the detonation transmission on some condition were showed in this article. The corresponding technology can be widely used in the future. |
