Based on the analysis and research of the operating principle and characteristic of hydrostatic continuously variable transmissions, a math model of the fuzzy reliability optimization design of the system structures and parameters is founded in the paper, the whole system parameters and parts structure parameters of hydrostatic continuously variable transmissions are optimized by using the method of step-by-step gradual optimize design and the results of the optimization are satisfactory. The research in the paper is valuable to the design of the hydrostatic continuously variable transmissions. In addition, the analysis and modeling on kinematics and dynamics are studied. |
