The complexity of micro-fluid itself and the localization of the observation measures are now bottlenecking the development of the theory and technology of micro-fluidic system. By the standard technics we can make glass capillary which parameters are uniform, then change the polarity of the capillary wall, at last we may reduce the complexity of the factors which affect the flowing process, at last I have discussed some characters in micro water current. In my dissertation I also discuss the geometry mensuration of the glass capillary and the real time measurement of the flowing condition. By some simple measures I have realized the targets belowing:establishing the precision corresponding relation between the object space and the image space by analysising the optics principles;observating the flowing process at real time by using some special mediums to sign the fluid.
