| The general situation and development of road roller at home and abroad is gave at the beginning of this thesis ,including the different hypothesis of the pressing mechanism . Two freedom vibration model of the vibratory flat establish is established. analysised and studied .specially, the level motion is detailedly done theoretic analysis and explaination .The computer numerical simulation method has been decided ,according to the principle of the simulation method ,the program which sloved the model has been developed .On the base of result of the numerical analysis, the horseless new trial model of the vibratory flat has been designed and producted ,the stepped speed and the vibratory capability of the model has been tested. The trial data has been processed with the computer of the data processing,the vibratory model test has been done in the field,and verifided the model by analyzed the the tested results and calculated results,the results which the vibratory parameter affected the motorial capability has been obtained,and are the basemen for parameters deciding and parameters optimization . |
