Engineering character of the side and underlying soils decide the pile bearing capacity, the research shows , the pile bearing capacity can be unproved by improving and consolidating the side and underlying soils. So, this paper rely on Zhengzhou Huanghe River NO.2 bridge , through field bearing capacity test of six piles, analysis the piles' bearing capacity under no cement-inject ,side cement-inject, underlying Cement-inject and side and underlying both inject , the results show Latter Cement-inject technique can apparently improve bearing capacity of large diameter cast-in-place pile, so the pile length can be reduced by Latter Cement-inject technique and cut project cost .and in the test , self-balance loading method adopt integrated electro-mechanical design, all the date can be auto-collected, operate simply, and save cost, and application prospect widely.
