Flash X-ray radiography is one of important methods for hydro testing in laboratory. X-ray spot produced by the beam-target interaction can be used to detect interiomess of an object. The interiomess is given by analyzing images that are obtained by x-rays radiate through the object. Spot size, energy spectra, and angle distribution of x-rays are very important parameters to get precision images. Base on practical need, these parameters were measured in flash x-ray machine and the results were analyzed in this paper.According to thick-target bremsstrahlung theory, energy spectra of flash x-ray was obtained and it is agreeable with the result simulated with EGS4 programmer. After researching and analyzing to all kinds of common methods for measuring x-ray, square-aperture method that is used to measure spot size and spiral Wedge-shape method that is used to measure x-ray energy spectra have been adopted. In this paper, An new integrated device is designed to measure X-ray. Spot size, intensity-distribution, bremsstrahlung spectra, angle-distribution of X-ray can be measured during one test. The device was used to measurement X-ray parameters of LIAXFU and "Dragon I" in fluid physics institute CAER.Spot size is obtained according to square-aperture principle, and bremsstrahlung spectra is obtained by analyzing black density image. Experimental spectra agreed well with calculated spectra, which is found by comparing both of them.
