The development of Power MEMS is associated with MEMS closely. Some information concerning current study on micro power source technology is introduced in the paper. According to the scheme of micro-rotormotor & micro-generator, the key technology of Power MEMS is analyzed: heat transfer and quenching analysis of combustion in a micro combustion vessel; input stroke and output stroke.Introduction summarizes the background of this research and development of Power Mems, as well as the technics flow of it.Chapter one analyzes the basic structure and operating principle of the micro-motor, then gives the scheme of it.In chapter two, on the basis of the geometric of micro-motor, design the model machine.Chapter three analyzes the chemical and physical fundamental of the combustion process, and present the choice of fuel, the ratio of combustion to air, pressure boost and vaporization, then the modification of Otto cycle is discussed.Ideal Otto cycle is introduced in chapter four.In chapter five, the input stroke and output stroke is introduced, the problems and relevant solutions are discussed.In chapter six, the mathematical model of heat transfer and quenching analysis of combustion in a micro combustion vessel is proposed and discussed in detail.Finally ,in chapter six, a summarization on the study of this paper is given, the conceit of the further research work is pointed out.
