Detecting and identifying fire calamity , guaranteeing the large scope linkage system working reliably are main jobs of fire calamity watching system's research at present.Fire protection equipment drench pour system,laid out in the room,is not depending on fire calamity watching system.The pour direction of drench pour system is fixed.Fire protection water cannon, used to put out a fire in large spaceman not orientate fire unless under man's operation. The device,that studied and developed hi this paper,integrates both functions of fire calamity watching and drench pour ,in order to put out the fire in fire calamity early stage and reduce fire protection's cost.The device can scan automatically to find fire orientation on fire, and can pour at fire direction. The contents of research including: The whole scheme is designed, single electromotor is chosen in order to decrease volume of device;power train structure is designed, under single electromotor driving, power can be delivered to two directions in different periods;The circuits of sensor,electromotor driving and singlechip are designed, these circuits can deliver signal of fire and out put power and controlling signal; Controlling programme is written and debugged,different controlling methods are implemented in different conditions; Prototype is developed and tested, some modifying ideas are brought out and applied, then the prototype is tested again.
