| Power assembly is one of most important vibration source of vehicle, so how to superiorly arrange mounts to isolate vibration transmitted from power assembly to frame has become an important task of the vehicle design. In this paper, based on a lot of references about mount, vibration isolation of power assembly of PALIO has been deeply studied.According to the measure of trilinear torsion pendulum and mechanical vibration theory, this paper presents the measure of compound trilinear torsion pendulum. After having manufactured the test rig, the power assembly's parameter of PALIO is acquired accurately.The power assembly mounting system is a six-freedom degrees vibration system. Vibration coupling extends the range of frequency which will cause resonance and increase the difficulty of vibration isolation. On the basis of distributing the natural frequency rationally, this paper has optimized the power assembly's mounting system applying elastic center theory. Having set up the dynamic model in ADAMS, this paper uses the method of vibration mode analysis to study the isolating ability of the mounting system of the earlier and the optimized, and verifies the decoupling of the mounting system after optimization with the measure of the mount's deformation and energy distribution for some vibration modes. After the study, samples are manufactured and fixed on the car. Then two tests are carried out and satisfying result is obtained. |
