| Vehicle Powertrain is composed of engine and transmission system described generator and transmitter respectively, which performance lead to vehicle performance and fuel economy. So the design of vechicle powertrain has great effects on the performance of whole vechicle .In this paper, the powertrain optimal matching is done for vehicle powertrain intellectualized design. With Unigraphics as design platform , vehicle powertrain intellectualized computer aided design software is designed with Visual C++6. 0, UG/OPEN Menuscript, UG/OPEN UIStyler and UG/OPEN API.To enhance the practicability of the VP-ICADS and take advantage of the Unigraphics platform adequately, UG/Knowledge Fusion, parameterization, virtual assembly are used in VP-ICADS. finally , as an example, the mini-car powered with diesel is designed with the VP-ICADS and the VP-ICADS is modificated in the course of design. |
