Stellar interferometer and optical aperture synthesis imaging technology is characterized by its capability of forming imaging of object in space with high angular resolution which may not be gotten with single aperture telescope. Therefore,it may be used to precisely measuring the shapes, sizes and position of various objects in space. At the same time, it may find military applications from space to the earth. It is, then, of great importance to do some research works about the key techniques related to this technology.In this thesis, about interference and double beam optical stellar interferometer basic theories are briefly stated first. Secondly, the image reconstruction of optical aperture synthesis imaging technology is discussed. With emphasizes on three key techniques of image reconstruction are: UV coverage technique, closure phase technique and image reconstruction algorithm.Based on analysis about some UV optimize methods, a new method named entropy estimate is put forward, and the simulation result have proved that the method is correct and effective.The closure phase technique is the one most widely used for eliminating the telescope phase error. The way about how to measure the closure phase is discussed.The image reconstruction of optical aperture synthesis is a difficult problem. Some special algorithms must be adopted here. CLEAN and maximum entropy are simulated as the deconvolution algorithm on the PC. And the simulation results of hybrid mapping techniques are described. The test show that the hybrid mapping were feasible. At last, a new method idea is discussed.
