Energy saving is the core of protecting human environment and promoting the development of refrigeration. The researching and developing of high-energy efficiency air-conditioner will have wide market future. In order to establish own core technology of refrigeration, our company decides to explore the best method of increasing the energy efficiency of air-conditioner through the way of developing model KFR-26GW/SF and KFR-35/SF.This study records the whole researching proceed in details. Firstly, this tutorial introduces the cooling theory and basic structure of air-conditioner. The cooling system of air-conditioner is constituted by evaporator, compressor, condenser and capillary (these are called four main parts of air-conditioner). Evaporator and condenser is also called heat-exchange apparatus. The heat-exchange apparatus is the window for air-conditioner to exchange energy with outside. We analyze the efficiency of heat-exchange apparatus by the theory of heat-transmit, and compare the advantage and disadvantage of different type evaporator's and condenser's design by lots testing, and compare the effect of heat-exchange for different type flake, and compare the effect of heat resistance for different stretch of copper tube and flake. Then we get many useful results from those different comparing. At the same time, we also have some new taste in declining the system pressure. The refrigerant inputting volume and length of capillary of air-conditioner system is the key of system debugging. This study has got the best matching project through many examinations. On the side of choosing compressor, we compare many type, models and manufacturers', and get the suitable model. And at the same time, we corporate with the compressor factory to low the efficiency of compressor, and improve the efficiency of air-conditioner. We are the first to use R411c as the refrigerant, and compare with normal refrigerant R22; the cooling effect has been improved.This study is carried through the products developing proceed. So the pertinency is correct when we do research. And two models of KFR-26GW/SF and KFR-35GW/SF are developed on the basis of this study. These two KELON brand"Double High Efficiency" environmental air-conditioners have a very good feed back when put them in the market at the beginning. And the experience and result of this study will have some use for reference in products developing. The research of "Double High Efficiency" environmental air-conditioners' technology has been affirmed by certain governmental office. And it has got the reward of "Grade The Second" of Sciences technology in Shunde, Foshan city.
