ZJY-C-Three Dimension Rectify Vertebral Instrument of Computer Numerical Control was developed by Beijing Zhong Tian Pu Sci & Tech Co.Ltd. In order to meet the needs of precision control of motion of the physical treatment and automatically operation, it was elaborately designed to enlarge the market of the domestic and international in high level medical equipmentWith the help of Computer Aided Test System, the equipment was comprehensive test online. This can ensure the equipment to accomplish the set treatment motion by doctor within require time. It also can help us to find the equipment run state and motion rule, to ensure treatment safely and effectively, and supplied theoretical base for the equipment optimization design.In this paper, we also use the transfer matrix to simplify the rotation drive system, analyzed the system natural frequency to ensure the motion frequency far away the natural frequency to avoid the resonance, debased the noise of the equipment.According to the relationship between different transmission gears of rotatioft drive system, the system's torsion vibration model was built. The method of how to calculation the parameters and how to solve differential equation by state space method was presented in the paper.For the uncertain factor in the mechanical design, the fuzzy optimization design model was built in the optimization design of the two drive systems. MATLAB optimization toolbox was used to solve the system optimization to get the result.
