Tower truss structure is a kind of rise independence structure, landscape orientation level load is the determine load, moreover wind load is main load to tower truss structure in all of level loads. That specialty is that high is greater than dimension of cross section. At present, TV tower , transmit electricity line tower tower used transmission signal of microwave navigation tower were build stampedely. The research was put forward by needs of engineering. Plentiful and substantial harvest about tower truss structure in aspect of region coarseness problem, mechanics theory of wind, vibration control of wind and dependability was acquired. But the research is not a patch on the needs of structure form and diversification function .As far as those towers that have vagary sculpt, the criterion of high -rising structure design can not offer veracious reference basis. In these conditions research about design of vagary sculpt tower and seeking analyzing methods of convenience dependable looks especially importance.An combination rise tower truss structure (microwave motion iron tower)that will be used in fact engineering was designed with three different kinds of method (commonly arithmetic of wind load, tunnel wind experiment method, finite element method) . It also was general analyzed and checked in stress fact. In this article optimization for the part of main body was done by program. A method of choosing the wind load influence modulus that decides the wind load numerical value ofcombination structure was proposed correspondingly.Firstly the wind load parameter that influences the wind load of combination structure was chosen according to design criterion of high-rising structure and through tradition calculation methods of wind load. By using currently calculation methods the axis force and martixof the most danger section was worked out, and the security of structure was analyzed and checked. The wind tunnel experimentation was applied. Model of experimentation was established according to the result had been calculated and designed. In wind tunnel experimentation combination structure was impacted by wind from three different aspect. The correctness choosing modulus of wind load was ensured. At last the finite element method of space pole cell was used entirely analysis the iron tower structure. An ensample that had been made use of the fact was used to validate the finite element method. The important of optimization was showed through material optimization based on full stress.
