| Electric actuators is one of charactors of new type of the plane. If electric actuators is used for power souce of the controling braking and hydraulic pressure of the plane, the system of hydraulic pressure woulde be cancelled or reduced.then the reliability and maintain woulde be increased and the weight of the plane woulde be minished.First in this paper ,the control methods of electric actuators was studied and analyzed. The Retangcle-wave Permanent Magnet Brush-less motor is used for servo-motor, the reason of its torque ripple and the way to eliminating or suppession is analyzed and elaborated. In order to achieved wide-speed range ,the method of variable structure control (VSS)was used., and the credibility and way of the VSS was discussed either.The hardware of the system have been designed and debugged on the CPU of special motor controller-TMS320LF2407. Based on the DSP ,measure circuit of speed and current of the motor and PWM singal circuit was designed ; Driving and protected circuit designed on the base of Intelligent Power Module (IPM).The software of the system have been compiled on the base of data sampling. The system used double-closed loop and PID method, one loop is speed control ,the other is curret control. |
