| To reduce the cost of the brushless DC motors , and advance the performance of the brushless DC motors, the way of designing the brushless DC motors is very important. The brushless DC motors often were design by magnetic circuit. The dynamic operation point and static state operation point were gained by the alnico operation curve. If we should accurate analyze the performance of the brushless DC motor, we can't only base magnetic circuit. The finite-element method were used to analyse the brushless DC motors these years. Some parameter were calculate by analyse the field. The accurate data can be gained.The paper research the way to analyze and design the motors by finite element programming (the ANSYS software ). And the centralization winding motor were analyzed by the ANSYS software. Base on the APDL program language that were offer by ANSYS software and the other program languages, the special purpose software packets were achieved for design the brushless DC motor. The researcher could use the ANSYS software to design and analyze the motors who didn't know the ANSYS software very well by the special purpose software packets.The influence of a centralization winding brushless DC motor structural design parameter and magnetic field were analyzed, and a way to achieve the fix position angular force was brought out.The research achievement bring out a accurate efficient way to analyzeand design the brushless DC motor. It give much convenience to the motor designers. |
