Ningbo Galaxy Dawn Residential, Eco-design Studies

With the development of city rapidly, environment, resource, energy and people become crisis .Ecologic construction is great important to sustainable development of one zone. In the recent years, industrialization in our country destroyed environment inevitably and people pay more attention to the problem of ecologic environment contemporary. Study on eco-design theory and application became the focus and expectation of improving environment by people.Research on combination of eco-design and project on world increase more and more, and eco-design in building too, but all of them stick around some parts, for example, single building, energy saving, waste disposing and intellectualized dwelling house. With the request to living quality heightened by people, eco-design had related to real estate area gradually, but how to use it to solve sustainable development problem in residence zone and make it become operational and instructional are impendency now.Using eco-design theory, sight-design theory and ecologic architecture theory, but LCA as a tool, this dissertation analyzed completely and study systemically on the factors influencing environment in its whole life cycle of Ningbo XHCG inhabitancy zone construction to supply evidences about ecologic inhabitancy zone in whole real estate industry.As a sublimated model, ecologic inhabitancy zone could be realized difficultly, but it represent the direction of future inhabitancy zone. Using eco-designed measures in distinctly degree on ways of designing among so many domestic inhabitancy zone showed exploring activity to eco-design thought. Eco-designing on inhabitancy zone is a complex process, and that need government, enterprise, designer and inhabitants make great efforts together. Domestic inhabitancy zone designing should work hard in the aspects of carrying out ecologic environment consciousness, establishing long time economic concept and setting up compulsive policy. Only do so could inhabitancy zone construction exist with nature ultimately.
