Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB) is a high performance, novel type bearing which suspends the rotor by controlled magnetic force in a contact-free manner. The AMB has many advantages such as contact-free, no need of lubrication, no wear, low noise, high rotation speed, etc. The maximum speed is only limited by the material intensity of the rotor. So the AMB fits some execrably environments, such as high speed, vacuum super clean, etc.Firstly, the thesis introduces the auto-balance discipline of AMB and two kinds of algorithm about notch filter, such as LMP, LMS. LMS is particular analyzed and emulated. The thesis improves this algorithm and put forward a new project. Secondly, the thesis analysis the stabilization of AMB system in possession of notch filter, and carry out emulation and DSP realization. The practice indicated that the project realized the goal of auto-balance of AMB system, and improved the dynamic capability of AMB system. |
