The thesis is relative to elevator door drive device, which include permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) and MSP430F149 MCU composing a high performance servo system.First in this paper, the characteristics and control methods of BLDCM is discussed. On the basis of investigation into control strategy and speed regulation of square wave BLDCM, the reason of its torque ripple and the way to eliminating or suppression is analyzed and elaborated.Then the paper describes the developing process of elevator door drive system in which square wave BLDCM is adopted. When presenting hardware and software of this system, in particular the paper narrates speed regulation means and torque ripple suppression strategy. Preparing for next working, simulation of the motor control system is done with softwareAt the end of this paper, the reliability methods in design are introduced and reliability measures in elevator door drive system are described. |
