According to the tendency of modern concrete pump deliever with far-distance and high-floor pouring , the market need a measure system provided with good automatic performance and friendly human-machine interface.The paper is primarily concerned with the self-study measure of the intelligent system .It discusses the establishment of the fussy study in the concrete pouring and the real-time design with the credibility Besides theory analysis, the concrete realization of the experiment system is discussed and the experiment result is analyzed.The thesis is divided into eight chapters.Among them, the first chapter is concerned with the goal, significance and primary content of the research. It also discusses the function block and technique basis of the system, as well as the research progress in relative fields in the world.Chapter two discusses some basic yet important issues in concrete pouring. Firstly, the characteristics of the concrete flowing is proposed . Then, the change of the pressure of the concrete in the pipage is studied. Lastly, the pressure losing and the error of the routine measure are discussed.Chapter three discusses the fussy self-study issues based on the concrete technology The first section expounds the basic fuzzy self-study theory. In the second section, some fuzzy self-study arithmetic are studied ,analyzed and compared . Section three is concerned with the error compensate theoretics.Chapter four is concentrated on the whole realization of the system. Firstly, the arithmetic is studied and simulated. Secondly, some projects are provided, analyzed, and compared. Lastly, the whole structure is defined.Chapter five involves the hardware realization. The host computer basic circuit, the keyboard and the display circuit, the signal inspection circuit ,and the A/D conversion circuit are introduced.Chapter six involves the software realization. The initialization module, the human-machine interface module, the data processing module, the I/O module, and anti-jamming module are expounded.The seventh chapter is concerned with the experiment data and its analysis. A preliminary application example is introduced and the possible methods to improve the performance of the communication system are studied.The last chapter deals with the sum-up of the research content and the application prospect of the project.
