This paper is based on the develop of a naval launch frame . The design theory and the develop of the hardware and software are described in detail in this paper. The main part of the system is an kinetic substrate AC digital servo system which consists of an AC electromotor,a transducer, an industrial control computer and shaft-position encoder. A classical two loop control mode, including velocity and position feedback loops, is adopted here. In this position feedback loop, an advanced algorithm, based on fuzzy control, is raised. In order to improve the capability of the servo system, a solution of optimize is provided in this paper.In this paper the mathematical model of the servo system is established, and the simulation is performed also.The simulation result shows that the performance indexes are fully contented.
