To counter shortcomings such as oxidation, deform and getting an electric shock of resistance wire of traditional electric stove, this thesis developed a sealing coating for the traditional stove, including selecting material, burden and design of working technology, sample and spread sample have been prepared.Key heat, electrical property of sample has been tested and analysis of scanning electron microscope has been conducted. Practice heating test of spread sample has been underway and contrasted with traditional electric furnace. Production technology, structure and property of the coating have been studied in order to search for a. new technology method with not only enhancing thermal conductivity of coating but also dropping its electrical conductivity and reducing its production cost.Experimental result proved, based on temperature resisting of resistance wire and total cost factor, natural mineral is adopted as dispensation formula material, which can satisfy the need of production technology, but content of bigger impurity can seriously influence thermal conductivity of coating. Moreover, difference of production technology can also influence thermal conductivity of coating. It is known from above that thermal conductivity of coating can be improved by optimization of production technology. By practical application, thermal conductivity of coating can basically satisfy needs of produce and practical application.By test and analysis of property, it is no influence for coating conductivity to use natural mineral.
