Aiming at the resolution of project practical problem about the stress intensity factor of the typical weld structure, this paper developed a whole set of solving models and computing technology of temperature field of weld structure and residual stress field and stress intensity factor after working out the corresponding software to analyze the system.According to particularity of the weld aircraft, this paper simplified the course of welding rationally ; confirmed the main parameters which can deal with the course of welding correctly and also set up structure and calculate models ; derived and gave the detailed calculate formulate getting from temperature field to residual stress field which is never existed in the published document ; improved the model of solving with two-dimension finite element theory on temperature field ; set up and developed the calculate schemes and the model of solving to residual stress field with the finite element theory ; calculated the stress intensity factor caused by the welding residual stress with the Green function, and used the large-scale finite element procedure "Ansys" to calculate the stress intensity factor under the exterior load of the structure to the weld structure ; had written the software to analyze the system of temperature field of weld structure and of residual stress field and of stress intensity factor, and also gave the calculation curve to that of some type aircraft . The result of calculation and conclusion of this paper have the direct reference value in engineering application.
