This paper give emphasize to study the high performance control strategy of sensorless brushless DC motor (BLDCM). On the base of ananlysing and studying the run mode of BLDCM, we introduce the detecting back electromotiveforce, the method of phase judging and compensation in detail. In order to improve the speeding performance we adopt the digital closed_loop speed control strategy. The mcu of system is the TMS320F240 DSP chip produced by TI company. It can put out six ways PWM signal, with (10 bits)A/D, detecting the signal of motor rotor position and phase compensating , the control of closed_loop speed and stably switch form step_off to step_on of BLDCM.This control system is developed for the air_condition compressor motor. It can be see form the result of experiment result, the motor start fast and stably with small torque ripple and wider area of speeding. It can satisfy all the requirement of air_condition compressor motor. This BLDCM control system have the characteristic of simple structure, wider adaptive, high dependability and can be used in many fields.
