As an absolutely new textile composite material, stitch/RTM composites has a very bright practice potential due to its excellent out-plane performance and its relatively low manufacture cost. Due to the stitch fiber, there is a big difference on design method between stitch/RTM composites and traditional laminate composites, which is just the point that the engineering practice should resolve. In this dissertation, starting from the structure features of the stitch/RTM composites, we proposed an engineering method for analysis: regarded as a new laminate, the stitch/RTM composite's basic mechanic performance is measured, and then the stitch/RTM composites is designed and computed according to the classical laminate theory. Abundant tests are done to get the integrated engineering constants of the stitch/RTM composites. At last, the comparison between the calculated and the test results indicates that, the two serial data are accorded well with each other, and this method is able to quickly meet the engineering practice requirement.
