The Main Framework Of Standards For Sustainable Development Of The Road Network To Determine The Theories And Methods

Theories and methods that the decision on the sustainable development criterions of the main highway frameworks which is a very important and complicated multi-objective problem are discussed, and which is divided into the three phases of planing, feasibility research and design, the later is more detailed contents than the former. The attributes of the criterions making according as the different phases are listed respectively by the rules of transportation growth in coordination with society, economy and environment, basing on considering the all kinds of influences in the whole life of the main highway framework, their quantifying is analyzed too. In this paper, the evaluation method and the group decision-making method of the criterions are discussed systematically and profoundly. At last, some above theories and methods are explained in an example.
