This article aims at developing direction pipe measurement device for one type of military equipment and establishing scientific, rational, practical measurement theory and method. Based on in-depth analysis on characteristic and function principles of PSD, combined with characteristic of measured object, this article presents an new real-time measurement for symmetrical degree, guiding-groove, twining angle, inside radius of long direction pipe; completes designing work for hardware of function module and application software; and gives analysis and computation on error sources and uncertain -degree of measure result. Based on above work, this article develops a parameter-auto-chosen, integrated and automatic measurement device for beeline degree, guiding-groove symmetrical degree, twining angle and inside radius oflong direction pipe.
