The deformable adaptive shell structure of shape memory alloy (SMA) is that the actuators of shape memory alloys are integrated on the shell of composite material. By electric heating techniques, the shape memory alloy is stimulated, which makes the deformation of the shell. The main research object in this dissertation is to study and predict the deformation of the adaptive shell structure, which the SMA are integrated into, which belongs to the deformable adaptive structures in the applied research. The content of this dissertation can be divided into three parts: firstly, a research schedule of the deformable adaptive shell structure actuated by the shape presents memory alloys. The fractional computation and handing with the load finite mechanics models are established. Based on the model and the fundamental theory of the SMA and finite element program ANSYS, the deformation of the shell of the SMA is predicted and analyzed. The advance in research on the structure of smart material of shape memory alloy is systematically summarized. Secondly, the method of preimpregment is studied and the shell of the carbon fiber reinforced composite is produced with this method. The thermo-mechanic relations of the shape memory alloy is systemically analyzed, then analyses and experiments on the important characteristic parameters of one kind of SMA, such as the recovery strain of free recovery and the recovery stress of restrained recovery and so on are all accomplished .According to the discussion in the dissertation, the SMA normal to the axe of the shell, as the number of the SMA increases, the deformation of the shell increase. If the temperature of the SMA is controlled in a certain degree, the smooth and the deformation of the shell can be kept. The adaptive researches on the shell and board have laid down the foundations for the study of the blade in the future.
