| The three gorges hydroelectric station adopts the steel liner-reinforced concrete penstocks, which partly embedded in the downstream surface of the dam or bank. The paper firstly presents the achievements of this new structure in last twenty years in our country. Furthermore, on using the "ANSYS" program, the whole structure of penstocks and bedrock of three gorges is analyzed on the ways of three-dimensional space and nonlinear method. The paper studies stress and process of crack extending between the penstock of bank and penstock of riverbed under the loads and gives a suggestion on deal with crack of dam. At the same time, under the different elastic modulus and different embedding depth, the stress of penstock is different. Finally, the paper gives a new method to calculate the stress of reinforcing steel bar and steel liner of half embedding penstock. |
