Parameter design method with Bezier curve is the main method of creating blade section. The method of forward leaning stator blade, which can effectively control the radial second flow and the top separate flow, is applied to the design of the small diameter-height ratio blade. Laval channel is adopted to the rotor blade top in the condition of high expansion ratio and super critical flow to improve the mass flow and reduce the shock wave intensity. Two new types of transonic turbines were designed by means of the above measures and methods. A 3-D numerical simulation system, based on the flow-analyzing program Fine EURANUS /Turbo, has been used to analyze the flow in the two new types of turbines. For getting the distribution results of pressure, velocity, entropy, enthalpy and other parameters by means of stator/rotor interaction. Numerical simulations have been carried out repeatedly to optimize the geometry of the blades on the basis of the calculation and analysis.
