The test and analysis about intension and stiffness of airplane structure is a important part of airplane design. The test and analysis consistency evaluation technique is a key technique. With application of composite material in helicopter design, it's necessary to do research for consistency evaluation technique for structure test and analysis about helicopter composite material. For the typical helicopter structure of composite material, a finite element model is built and analyzed in this paper, a set of finite element analysis and mathematical models, which is applicable in engineering, was established and these models was solved numerically. And a number of experiments in same condition were completed and to get experimental results. After the calculated results of displacement were compared with the experimental values, this paper deals with consistency fuzzy evaluation and synthesized analysis for it. By a consistency fuzzy evaluation about the typical helicopter structure of composite material, the result shows that the method of evaluation is a technique method that is also applicable in helicopter engineering and rather effective.
