The movement synchronization of A/C landing gears is the key in landing gear design, the using of visible means can test and modify the system movement synchronization and is the basis of L/G movement synchronization and analysis at the right movment. The set梪p of mathematical model of landing gear movement mechanism, using of universal modular mechanism model, adopting of computer technique realize the integration of much information, such as position of landing gear supporter, length of rocker arm, position and stroke of gear up/down actuating cylinder, size of wheel, and organically combines the environment and process of system movement, realizing the simulation analyses of limit position and driving factor of each component in movement, and synchronization, smoothness and interference between moving components. The calculation raised has been applied in KAM system, improving design level, ensuring design quality and accuracy, shortening design period.
