| The digital oscilloscope nowadays has been more widely used in a variety of fields and is gradually replacing the traditional analog oscilloscope. Undoubtedly, its excellent performance needs a strong metrology guarantee, but up to now there has been no identical metrology methods in demestic or overseas. This paper mainly researches into digital oscilloscope's verification methods by combining with automation technology so that a preliminary integrated scheme is put forward. Furthermore, automatic verification programs are designed, which can satisfy the verification demand of many different types of digital oscilloscopes, meanwhile their wider practicability is taken into account. |
