| As the very large oil tanker is much popular in the oil-transport , more and more pipes are used in the oil-tankers. Different kinds of pipes can be found in the deck or the cabins. The liquids continually flow in the pipes under the force of pumps .So under the pulse of the liquids , the vibration of the pipes is much serious than ever . Because of vibration of the pipe , the ship structure will fatigue easily, the pipe system would be destroyed and it is a serious lost in economy .The purpose of this paper is to predict the vibration of the pipe system and prevent the vibration by the analyzing the dynamic character of the pipe system.In this paper , the author analyzed the dynamic character of the pipe system by the method of Finite Element Method(FEM), and considered the deck and the supporting structure as the whole of the pipe system , theoretically analyze the character of movement , calculated the nature frequency of the whole pipe system ,and compare different kinds of factor, provide some advice for the calculating model , and get the satisfying results.In this paper , the author calculated the pulse force generated by the liquids by the method of the transfer-matrix and calculate the responds of the whole pipe system.Through the research of the paper ,the author obtained the results as following: for the very large oil tanker , the vibration of the pipe system should be forecasted in the design phrase , and make some change for the structure which will vibrate .And the factor such as: the length of the pipe; the height of the support; and the number of the support , should modified according to the result in this paper. |
