Having made the great breach in the field of surplus heat refrigeration and absorption refrigeration, DY Fishing Vessel Diesel Engine Exhaust System remains in the trial-product stage, and much of its performance need to enhance and study. This paper mainly aims to study and establish both one mechanic test-bed and the servomechanism, which supply the DY Generator the same hot gas as the exhaust gas of some diesel engines. This paper intends to supply the experimental condition for DY Corp to design perfect DY Generator.Firstly, the DY Refrigeration system is introduced in this paper . Based on the exhaust heat data of the iurbine (6160A-12) and the Micro Gas Turbine produced in Japan, parameters of test-bed such as deferent thermal flow temperature and pressure are defined by the calculation of design parameter in method of combined theory and experience data. Whole scheme of frame design of test-bed is proposed as: the host fanner supply the firebox the once and twice air required by diesel oil's burning and the cooling air; the export parameter of the test-bed is varied by the adjust of the flux of air and diesel oil. And the air flux is varied by adjusting the rev of the fanner adjusted by transducer and the corner of the fan inlet adjusted by step motor. The quantity of oil is varied by adjusting the oil valve adjusted by step motor; The measurement of the air flux in the test-bed adopts the method of fanner dynamics performance test in the nation criterion.The design of the software and hardware of both the measurement of temperature, air flux and pressure and the open loop control is finished in this thesis. Based on the open loop control system, the object matrix of the burning process is got by experimental data and theory conduce. This paper researched the Coupling system and the decoupling methods, and then designed the decoupled control system. Then the two PI controllers are designed to control the two decoupled control system. At last, the result ofMATLAB simulation show that the Decoupled control system is succeed.With testing and analyzing of this article, theory and testing bases for designing different tailored generators varying according to different heat source are confirmed, and foundation for further development of DY products is also laid successfully.
