Industrial civilization brings a great amount of wealth for human beings. At the same time, it seriously damages the environment. In the end of last century, with the challenge of resource, energy and environment, Green Design and Manufacturing have been developed for the demand of the sustainable development.Design for Disassembly and Recycling (DFD&R) is the important content of Green Design. This paper, the framework of DFD&R is ranged out on the basis of the theory of DFX. The key-technology of disassembly and recycling is analyzed, such as disassembly direction, disassembly sequence, disassembly time, recycling level." An extended operation process graph used to describe disassembly sequence and a method used Fuzzy theories to classify products are put forward. After analyzing the ability of disassembly and recycling, the suggestion and simply assessment of product design are concluded. In the end, the pertinent software module is developed.
