Soft Cam Mechanism And Its Control

According to the requestment of flexible mechanism, the concept of the flexible cam is put forward firstly in this dissertation. The first step's research of the flexible cam type-choosing and control system design are developed.There are the main research contents:1. Parameter-choosing and control dictate realizing of the flexible cam.2. Experiment modeling for the control system.3.The design of the control software system for the flexible cam.4. The experiments of the flexible cam taking place of the shape-taking cam in the ring spinning frame.The paper shows that the flexible cam which is a mechatronical product will be widely used in textile machines and light industry.
