Multifunctional Impedance Matching Balance Traction Transformer Filtering Parameters

There are two kinds of electic power filters:the passive filter and the active filter , passive filtering consists of building low-pass filter or shunt turned filters to absorb the lower-order harmonics.active filtering compensates the current harmonics,generated originally from the harmonic source, so that the supply line current waveform is kept nearly sinusoidal. The technique ofen uses Pulse Width Modulation in conjunction with either voltage-fed or current fed converters in the current harmonic compensation procedure.Based on the working theory of the new type balance transformer according to impedence matching, this paper presents a special method for electric power supply to two-phase power supply,but also can performs two simultaneous duties: it minimizes the supply line current harmonics ,gernerated by the power converter ,and compensates the reactive fundamental component of the line current.Under the different status of work,the primary waves of the voltages of the three-phases and the percentages of the distortin of the sine wave are measured respectively when filters are connected or not not connected with the main circuit.this results of tests indicate that it is obviously effective to leach harmonics after filters have been connected with the circuit.
