In the paper, The mechanical-hydraulic control system of the X-model Aero-Engine has been studied. Meanwhile, a detailed introduction and analysis of the control program for this Aero-Engine is given, on this basis, an model of the controller for it抯 steady state and acceleration state has been established depend on the relative research.In order to be pull into practice use in engineering application, a real time emluator of the the closed-loop control system for the X-model Aero-engine acceleration process has been established through combining the Engine model and the controller model. The SQP(Sequential Quadratic Programming) is used to get the optimal acceleration process result for the X-model Aero-engine. Then, depending on this result, through mending some relative parts of the control system, the optimal acceleration process for the X-model Aero-Engine is achieved.The research result shows: The combined emluator model of the Aero-Engine and relative parts of the engine control system is an effective way to solve the optimal acceleration problem. SQP is feasible in calculating the Aero-engine optimal acceleration process. The more reliable of the emluator model and the more reasonable of the restriction terms is, the better result of the acceleration process can be achieved. Meanwhile, multivariable control can provide better control result than single-variable control in engine acceleration process.
