The optical detection of nuclear bursts is the main way to detect the most important physical character of nuclear bursts in aerosphere. The orbiter is the most significant and perfect platform due to its wider detect range and round梩heæ¢'lock state. Based on this, it is put forward that the optical detection system is loaded by satellite. Aimmed at the character of the system (a mass of disturb signal, high background signal, low target signal), double system are displayed: the system of the detection of nuclear bursts and the system of the orientation of nuclear bursts. The paper is focus on the detection of nuclear bursts. After calculating the power of the 1? l000kt nuclear bursts,we present the character curve of nuclear bursts. It is the foundation that we choose the fit parameter of parts of an apparatus. The system is consist of high梡owered photodideos PDD, it converts the optical signal into current;front processing circuit, the logarithmic operation amplifier compresses wider dynamic range signal into appropriate range: digital signal processing, after AID convertion,DSP identifies the signal of nuclear bursts from received information. The key technologies of the system include:ray radiation offect of nuclear bursts and analysis of the character of nuclear bursts and background signal in the condition of the orbit;developping better precision optical system and choosing detector:detecting nuclear bursts signal in high background signal and the technology extraction:the technology of recongnise of nuclear bursts signal and high梥peed processing ;the technology light梔uty radiation measure on orbit:miniaturization,reliability and 2 Abstract adaptability in space;inosculation processing with X radial and NEMP. Based on the key technology, we describe it in details. We provide results in theory and experiment concerning the choice of the parts of apparatus and arithmetic.
