When a plafform crane works in the sea, we must process dynamic analysis for it to guarantee normal work and avoid accident. Dynamic response is studied at the different conditions and different parameter in crane,then to direct design. To study close to practice ,This paper applied theory of irregular wave, with doing it ,this study is very signiflcative.Because its result also approachs to practice,applying the theory of irregular wave is very felicitous. Acording to the stating theory ,the exciting wave is irregular.After it act on system, respond in a ship must be described in statistic method. As a studied object ,we must do dynamic analysis for a crane .By modeling and soluting ,we can know about response of each part,and analyse probability of second impact .When we model for a crane ,its fundament is from simpleness to complexity.Above all ,crane is looked as system one degree of freedom to study, then it is analysed as two degrees of freedom, at last ,differences of them are found by comparison. This paper bases on above analysises,then introducing counting steps ,and gives calculating exaniple,and gets comparatively satisfied result, finally ,it prospects direction of future development. Accordingly,this paper has a important reference value for design of crane frame.
