Thought the analysis and summary of the construction control technology ang its development tendency in our country and abroad, this paper has a particularly study to the construction surveillance and control question of SANTAN Yellow River Bridge. According to the character of continuous rigid frame bridge deflection, the paper emphatically discusses the influent factor of temperature, brings forward a reasonable schema, founds a all-round and effective surveillant system, realizes the acquisition of basic data and technical information during the process of construction. By the study of the difference between the theretical calculation and practical canstruction, the paper develops a control schema, which principally consists of parameters regulation, construction calculation data modification and feeding-back control analysis. Using the method of Grey Forecasting Control, though the forward and backing analysis, the process of construction is renewed, moreover, the paper gives a reasonable value of pre-arch to instruct construction and gains a good result. The study of the paper proves that Grey Forecasting Control System can effectively forsee and control the construction process of continuous rigid fram bridge, therefore, breaks through the traditional method used in the field, and has a certain spreading value in the field of arch bridge, cable-stayed bridge and cable suspension bridge.
